3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the y99game Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, y99game will close the additional account(s) and may, at its discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y99game Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. y99game will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify y99game immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. y99game may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
3.3 Account Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or identity information change, you must update your account profile promptly. y99game may require re-verification of updated information before processing further transactions.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. y99game reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the account settings fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any deductions being applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved subject to applicable fee deductions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
y99game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y99game does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your y99game account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless an exception is approved by the y99game compliance team. y99game reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above specified thresholds.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
y99game is committed to compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. y99game reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any transaction that triggers AML/CTF review procedures, and may be required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying the player concerned.
Withdrawal Restriction: Funds deposited on the Platform must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing without wagering, or to exploit payment processing mechanisms, constitutes abuse and may result in account closure.

6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the y99game Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, PCB internationals, and other tournaments, are governed by y99game's cricket betting rules which are published within the relevant betting section of the Platform. Where market-specific rules exist, those rules take precedence over these general Terms.
6.2 Bet Acceptance
y99game reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the Platform. In cases of system error, communication failure, or network interruption during the bet placement process, y99game will determine the validity of the bet based on server records, which shall be conclusive.
6.3 Manifest Errors
Where a betting market, odds price, or casino game is offered due to a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, incorrect event information, or technical misconfiguration — y99game reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game results and refund stakes. y99game's decision in such circumstances is final.
6.4 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games available on the y99game Casino section are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the individual game information panels. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical means and are streamed to players without modification.
6.5 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Player must contact y99game support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. y99game's server logs constitute the definitive record and will be used to resolve all disputes. y99game's decision, following review of server records, shall be final and binding subject to any applicable regulatory escalation procedures.

Any unauthorised use of y99game's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action to recover damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99game's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y99game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where y99game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
y99game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or government-mandated restrictions.
12.1 Termination by y99game
y99game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, confirmed underage gambling, AML/CTF concerns, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, y99game may withhold all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. y99game will process the closure request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
y99game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial obligations, or the core terms of the gaming relationship — y99game will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days by posting a notice on the Platform and, where contact information is available, by notifying players via email or in-account messaging.
Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall apply to that transaction or dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y99game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through y99game's support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents y99game from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Players in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis and that it is their responsibility to verify that doing so complies with any applicable laws in their location. y99game makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions.
